Mental health issues have been an issue of concern in our current society. The COVID 19 pandemic has evoked mental health concerns and most people are experiencing anxiety and stressful symptoms. Change in sleep and eating patterns, irritability, persistent negative emotions are some of the symptoms of many mental health issues. Learning how to form healthy coping skills such as meditation and stress management skills can help in alleviating these symptoms.
